NEW! I have four poems newly appearing in Poetry Pacific!
The first two ("Un-pretty Maroon" and "Nihilistic White") are haiku variants that also appear inside my new poetry chapbook, "Blue Stingers Instead of Wings" (which I will link to below).
The third one ("I Hate My Guts") is a haiku that does not appear anywhere else.
The fourth one ("Another Me") is a newer poem that also does not appear anywhere else.
The first three have some accidental formatting errors, so I'm going to place correctly formatted versions below.
***
Un-pretty Maroon
My creative flow
starts internal ambience,
then begins screaming.
I revise my screams
into un-pretty maroon
that will speak for me.
Words obliterate
words into non-existence
if I don't feel real.
Nihilistic White
Fresh white snowflakes fall.
Shimmer down, glitter the ground,
grow into cold gloom.
Nihilistic white
witch, ice queen growing darker.
Overtaking light.
I Hate My Guts
Ugly fat preys on
my ribs. Tries to hide them with
menopause gut punch.

NEW! A collaborative poem by Daniel G. Snethen and me is appearing in Issue #106 of Yellow Mama!
"...The cruel teacher barks,
cancels recess, hideously instructsstudents to place their heads down
on the desks. She is prepared to lash out
at anyone who moves against her
and bite or slash them in the neck.
I was the shy one. I couldn't move.
I was afraid to breathe.
I didn't want her to hear me.
I feared I might get stomped or cut
into even tinier pieces."
in "Dire Wolf Consequences", a collaborative poem by Daniel G. Snethen and me, which is appearing in Yellow Mama Issue #106!
Preceded by art created by Keith Coats Walker!
Here's a link to the collaboration, but read Daniel's individual poems in this issue too, as well as investigating some of the other creepy fiction and poetry and art!

New! Four collaborative poems by Darryl Shupe and me in Issue No. 33, Fall 2021 of MISFIT!
Model Arts and Crafts - Model Hog Heaven - Art Barn Torture - Like A Tortured Clown Funny.
Two Industrial Arts models heads fused together,
jaws welded into an
experimental act of inertia.
Their brains were
off-kilter anyway,
before their necks
were snapped.
So what if they're
dead? Now they can be parts
of something
greater, parts of the whole art barn.
This barn reeks of
death.

"we bleed paint like animals - ballerina pink with feline drool - boiling at the core - a powerful impression on energized receptors - campaigns of promises made with mud - The streets all feel so hopeless - every word we don’t speak burrows through our throats - Trivia demands attention as the body hangs limp - From the only slot that opens here - Little pumpkin-headed baby, toothless and hollow - Night gives no reason to let her live - The moon continues, so still - A small head broken - a rusted refrigerator shoved over a railing from the second floor - Barking dogs tied to the radiator of misery - with reams of poems - cut a slit in the neck hang them upside down - Rainbows of blood - beyond the rivers, cliffs, and tombs..."

NEW from Blood Pudding Press! PEDIOPHOBIA by Daniel G. Snethen!
PEDIOPHOBIA's amalgamation of horrific dolls is Blood Pudding Press's style! Quirky, dark, darkly comedic, oddly disturbing, and twisted. Screaming eyed dolls and broken doll bodies. Dolls as killers, dolls as evil, dolls as gods, dolls as horror movie scenes, dolls as bloody apples, dolls as distorted bible verse.
PEDIOPHOBIA offers you sixteen peculiar poems by Daniel G. Snethen!
PEDIOPHOBIA artwork was created especially for this collection by Josh Birrittieri - an outside front cover, an inside front cover, and an outside back cover!
PEDIOPHOBIA has been printed and designed by Blood Pudding Press creature Juliet Cook, bound with yarn AND scraggly doll hair, but don't blame me if the doll hair bites you!
***
According to Daniel G. Snethen himself:
"My newest chapbook Pediophobia (Fear of Dolls) will soon be ready. It will be bound together by hand. Juliet Cook is the publisher and owner of Blood Pudding Press. Every copy will be handmade by her. Juliet is also an extraordinary poet herself. Josh Birrittieri did all the graphics for this chapbook and they are absolutely amazing. And I may be bragging a bit here, but I doubt you will find a better more complete collection of doll poetry anywhere. Many of the poems are creepy some are funny and a few are sad. One is a continuation of a famous episode from the Twilight Zone. One or two might even be considered demented. And several of them are peopled with personages I personally know. If you dare to read these and you know me, don't be too surprised if you recognize some of the characters and settings. If you hate dolls and find them creepy and disturbing, this slim volume of poetry is definitely for you. It will cure you of narcolepsy and will give you reason to run the light meter all eventide long. So please spend a few dollars and indulge yourself... your insanity is worth it."

PEDIOPHOBIA coming very soon!
PEDIOPHOBIA will offer creepy doll-o-phobic poetry by Daniel G. Snethen - and the cover art (on the front, the back, and the inside front) was created by Josh Birrittieri.
I still need to stick the innards into the covers, bind them together, and handle some more designing, but stay tuned for this new chapbook very soon!
