New! My poem "My Teeth Have Been Loose For Years" appears in Rogue Agent, Issue 77!

"The lineup of blood
drenched animal crackers
is hiding deep down underneath
so many tiny broken beds.

Scared little girls can only gain control
if they turn into different creatures
if they bite off the heads and spit."

the beginning of my poem MY TEETH HAVE BEEN LOOSE FOR YEARS, in the NEW Issue 77 of Rogue Agent!

Very excited to have my poem included!

NEW! One of my Museum of Impending Death poems is in Rogue Agent Issue 63!

"Maybe it's your fault because you ate a rancid peach.
Maybe it's your fault because you didn't apply
enough bleach or because you didn't drink
enough bleach or because you drank too much.

Maybe it's your fault because you held an unwashed doll's hand."

in my Museum of Impending Death poem, appearing within Rogue Agent Issue 63

Happy October! A NEW poem by me and j/j hastain is up at Rogue Agent today!

"We don't wrench out every bite of pie filling
because that would debilitate the crust.
We don’t try to unearth our whole life’s story in the memoir
about how we felt the first time we watched E.T.
We don't maintain the exact same flavor forever.
Connective tissue eventually rips apart;

flutters down from the scaffolding
and lands in its own new space."

from the poem "FOR CLASSIFICATION PURPOSES" by Juliet Cook and j/j hastain, at Rogue Agent Issue 55
